Primary Care Opportunity Located Right Outside Hartford, CT opportunity in Danielson, Connecticut

Location: Historic Connecticut! Connecticut’s rich history is always on display, and usually just beyond the next curve in the road. As the southern most New England state enjoy the rich history as well as easy access to New New York and Pennsylvania. Facility: Regional community health center covering a 33 town rural region in eastern Connecticut. The dedicated staff provides a full range of preventative and primary care medical services to all ages including health maintenance of chronic diseases, 24 hour on call, hospitalization coverage and patient case management. Opportunity: 100% Outpatient with schedule being Monday through Fridays with no weekends. Call will be one week every quarter and will be phone call only. EMR is Sage Intergy. Patient census is 18-20. Compensation: Excellent Base Salary with incentives, benefits and student loan repayment options.
