Location: 20-30 minutes to Hartford, CT. A cozy little community located along the Quinebaug River in the heart of Northeastern Connecticut. Filled with antique shops, art galleries, boutiques, fine dining, casual dining, bistros, cafes, bakeries & live theater...This city has the charm of a small New England town...but with plenty to do & see! The city has become the premiere shopping and dining destination for residents of Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and New York. Facility: Regional community health center covering a 33 town rural region in eastern Connecticut. The dedicated staff provides a full range of preventative and primary care medical services to all ages including health maintenance of chronic diseases, 24 hour on call, hospitalization coverage and patient case management. Opportunity: 100% Outpatient with schedule being Monday through Fridays with no weekends. Call will be one week every quarter and will be phone call only. EMR is Sage Intergy. Patient census is 18-20. Compensation: Salary Starting at $200k, with incentives, benefits and student loan repayment options.
