Wapiti Medical Staffing is seeking a locum tenens physician (MD/DO) for ER +IP in Humboldt, Iowa.
POSITION/FACILITY DETAILS
- Locum tenens position
- Mon-Thur APP handles hospitalist with ER physician as backup; Fri-Sun the ER physician does rounding
- ER Volume 3, 000 (9/day), IP volume is from 0-6 patients for rounding
- 60 hr max shift
- EMR: EPIC
- Trauma level: 4
PHYSICIAN REQUIREMENTS
- Iowa medical license and DEA/CSA
- EM, IM, FP board accepted
- Residents accepted
- Required life supports: ATLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP
