COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine - Obstetrics (FMOB)

• Base salary - Depending upon experience PLUS: Production, incentive programs, patient encounter based program. .
• Physician will receive 75%: of any non-obstetrical procedure they bring in from the hospital after benchmark.
• Patient encounter based incentive program: Additional money paid for each patient over the average of 3 patients per hour seen
• Additional procedure pay will be offered: Up to $300.00 extra per procedure.
• Relocation: Paid
• Sign on: $30,000
• Benefits: Yes, paid on day 1
• PTO: 34 days
• CME: 30 hours at $5,100
• Loan assistance/Stipends: Yes

• Patients per day: 12+ patients per 8-hour day/Which includes all Primary Care, Pediatrics, Gynecology, and Geriatrics
• Call: 1:6 
• Obstetrics We may “not” be able to offer C-Section privileges, however assists are customary and paid extra.
