COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Primary Care (PCP)

• $240,000 Base Salary
  • Additional incentives in place for higher income potential 
• $10,000 Retention bonus
• Up to $5,000 Relocation assistance
• $4,000 Annually for dues, subscriptions and phone reimbursement 
• Comprehensive benefits with malpractice and tail
• 5 days of CME, $4,000 CME Allowance, 4 weeks of time off plus 6 holidays!

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Primary Care (PCP)

• 54 bed non-profit hospital 
• 100% outpatient 
  • Adult Medicine Only 
• 20-22 patients a day on average
• Take over the existing patient panel from a retiring physician
  • be busy day one
• 1:5 call - phone consult only 
• 5 day work week 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Primary Care (PCP)

• Board certified or board eligible Internal Medicine physicians with the intention to become certified 
• Residents welcome to apply
• Unable to sponsor visa candidates at this time
