COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)

• $300,518 base salary based on experience
• $115,000 student loan repayment via NHSC
• 6% (2-year contract); 7% (3-year contract) annual retention bonus
• $35,000 (2-year contract); $70,000 (3-year contract) sign on bonus
• $15,000 (single); $20,000 (family) relocation assistance
• 30 days of free housing
• $5,000 and 8 days of annual CME
• 23 days of PTO and 10 paid holiday

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM)

• Family Medicine physician to provide primary care to Native Alaskan patient population
• 12-16 patients per day - depending on the weather and flights
• No call; no weekends
• New, modern facility opened in September 2019

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Family Medicine (FM)

• Will consider 2021 Family Medicine residents
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine
• Seeking flexible and adaptable personalities

COMMUNITY Family Medicine (FM)

• Alaskan river-community with no stop lights and only accessible by plane
• Local amenities include Internal-owned restaurants, fitness center, and movie theater
• Outdoor activities include fishing, hunting, canoeing, cross country skiing, and more
