DATES NEEDED Family Medicine (FM)
- Open to candidates that could do 1-2 weeks per month up to full-time availability
- Will consider 2-3 days per week for local candidates
- ASAP start pending credentialing (typically about 60 days)
POSITION DETAILS Family Medicine (FM)
- Outpatient only
- Clinic hours: Mon-Fri, 8a-4:30p
- 16-18 patients per day
- EMR: Epic
- 1:5 shared evening call rotation
- Board certified in Family Medicine or truly board eligible
- Family Medicine (FM) needed
