COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)

• Compensation Guaranteed Salary MGMA Medium: $259,000
• Sign on Bonus is available
  Production Bonus is available
• Relocation: Up to $15,000 (with receipts)
• PTO: 4 weeks for Full-time
• CME: 2 week and $7,750 (Medical Association and State License covered)
• Student Loan Forgiveness is available
• Benefits provided: 401K and 457B available

• Will consider a doctors with 10 years left to practice
