- Location: East Texas - 1.5 Hours from Dallas
- Facility Details: 94 Bed Rehab Unity
- Hours: Monday-Friday (8am-6pm) - No Call - No Weekends
- Full Support Team: APP, Hospitalists, Nursing Team & Rehab Coordinators
- EMR: Epic
- Privileges: 30 Days
- Client Requirements: TX License, Board Certification and COVID Vaccination
