COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine (FM)

• $300,000: Guaranteed Salary
• $25,000: Sign-on Bonus
• 8.5% salary retirement contribution (up to $40,000 every year)
• Quality Measures Bonus (up to $25,000 every year)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Family Medicine (FM)

• Schedule: 8-5 pm Monday - Friday
• See patients in a clinic and some Long-term care patients with no procedures
• Periodically work with Nurse Practitioners and Residents in Training
• 15-20 Patients Per Day
• On-call: Phone consults only

• New Graduates, & Experienced Candidates Welcomed
• Board Certified or Board Eligible working on the Boards
