COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Surgery - General (GS)

• Salary: Minimum $400,000 a higher salary with more experience
• Sign on Bonus: $90,000 with a 3-year contract commitment 
• Relocation: $10K with receipts
• CME: $5,000
• PTO: 5 weeks of PTO (includes vacation, sick days and CME)
• Loan repayment: Negotiable
• Retirement: Eligible to enroll after 1 year of employment
• Other benefits: Occurrence Based

• Standard General Surgery with some Scopes
• Hospital renovated in 2009
• Surgery 2.5 days per week with block scheduling
• 2 General Surgeons, Assistants, Coordinators, 6 CRNAs
• EMR System is EPIC

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Surgery - General (GS)

• Board certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
• Willing to consider new 2022 Graduates
• Will consider Visa Candidates
