Emergency Medicine (EM) - Locum Tenens - Louisiana opportunity in Alexandria, Louisiana

COVERAGE REQUIREMENTS Emergency Medicine (EM)

• Start Oct ongoing for 6 months or longer
• Minimum of 6 shifts/month required
• Shift times: 7a-5p; 11a-9p, 4p-2a, 9p-7a
• Needing to fill 3 full-time ER spots

POSITION DETAILS Emergency Medicine (EM)

• Location: Alexandria, LA at Christus St Frances Cabrini with SCP
• Must be BC in EM, IM or FM
• If not BCEM will need ACLS, ATLS, PALS and BLS
• 62k Annual ER volume
• 130 patients/day
• NP/PA shift times: 6a-6p; 10a-10p, 6p-6a
• Scribe coverage: 10 hrs/day
• Meditech EMR - can issue temp privs
• 60 days to credential
• 12-hr orientation shift required prior to first shift
