Critical Care Intensivist opportunity in Bridgeton, MO Level 2 Trauma center 516-bed hospital 20-bed medical ICU (includes neuro and Cardiovascular patients) 18-bed surgical ICU Certified Stroke Center High acuity patient population Busy program Trauma surgeons see trauma ICU patients 24/7 In-house coverage 2 physicians cover 12-hour day shifts -7 a.m. 7 p.m. 1 physician on 12-hour night -7 p.m. 7 a.m. Hospitalist team on-site EMR- Epic Strong sub-specialty support across the board (interventional Radiology, PICC Team, Rapid Response Team, Code team and Code Blue Team). Shift based scheduling average of 15 shifts per month- day and night rotation are evenly divided- generally 5 day block stretches. Shift based compensation; productivity bonus; commencement bonus and/or retention bonus and relocation where applicable.
