Family Medicine Physician Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Facility in Salem, Oregon opportunity in Salem, Oregon

A facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens coverage.
Salem, Oregon is a town with a little bit of everything. Find yourself around farmers' markets, outlets, entertainment shows, museums, and outdoor activities around every corner.
The schedule is Monday-Friday, 40 hrs week. The EMR is Avatar. Required certifications include BC/BE Family Med/Internal Med-DEA, BLS, OR license, and COVID vaccine. Duties consist of history and physicals, check ups, acute Illness, F/u Patients, Physicals, and examine patients for diagnosis of acute distress. Cred time is 30-45 days.
