NP/PA Wound Care opening in Stayton, OR 60 miles to Portland OR Full time, permanent Job Responsibilities Expect to care for a full spectrum of primary care concerns on a given day. Seeing a panel of families and individuals with a full spectrum of heart care. From birth, to acute concerns and chronic illness. Number of patients seen per day: 15 18 EMR is EPIC Scheduled shifts: 4 days / week with patients; 1 administrative day / week Each clinics includes a medical assistant, behavioral health clinicians, community health workers.
