The Opportunity

SSM Health - Monroe Clinic is actively recruiting a part time (.60 FTE) Primary Care Advanced Practitioner to join our direct to employer, Monroe Truck team. Monroe Clinic is known as a leader in community healthcare with a strong mission focus, advanced technologies, and state-of-of-the-art LEED certified facility. The Opportunity

• This is a part-time (0.6 FTE) position
• Schedule is Mondays 7:30-4, T/W/Th 2p-6p, Fridays 8a-12
• Opportunity to see patients independently
• Provide care for employees and their families
• EPIC EMR
