Advanced Practitioner needed for Brownsville DTE Clinic- Grande Cheese opportunity in Brownsville, Wisconsin

SSM Health - Brownsville is actively recruiting a full time (.80 FTE) Primary Care Advanced Practitioner to join our direct to employer clinic, Grande Cheese team. As a provider, you will be able to see Grande Cheese associates, spouses and dependents from ages 2+ years old for acute care and 5+ years old for additional all primary care visits, pre-employment physicals and work compensation visits. This setting allows the practitioner to customize the visits to each patient's needs with a focus on quality care. The Opportunity
This is a full-time (0.8 FTE) position
Schedule is 3 days a week
Clinic open hours M/W-8-6, Fri 8-4:30 with hour lunch breaks
Opportunity to see patients independently
