Job Summary:

Excellent opportunity for a full-time PM&R physician to lead the team in our inpatient rehab unit for Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN. 

Qualified Candidates:

• Must be board eligible or board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation
• Board eligible candidates still in training must be scheduled for their boards
• Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain

About the Rehab Unit:

The 12 bed unit treats patients (age 18 or older) with a range of conditions, including:

• Stroke
• Post-operative cardiac conditions
• Cancer
• Orthopedic injuries
• Amputations
• Brain injury
• Neurological disorders such as multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s

Opportunity:

• Medical Director role in 12 bed inpatient rehab unit
• Inpatient consults
• Outpatient practice 
• Supportive and collaborative team-based approach
