• 100% remote position
• Must have an active license in Arizona, Indiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, or Kentucky
• Must be board certified in nephrology
• Preference for working at least 5 shifts per month
• Mix of routine visits and follow-up appointments
• Outpatient cases only
• All necessary equipment provided
• 12-hour shifts; daytime hours only
