OBGYN Group Opening in Major Alabama City opportunity in Birmingham, Alabama

Location: This major city in Alabama with over 1 million residents has excellent housing options, schools, universities and lake front living in a thriving southern city. Easy access from the International Airport to Atlanta, Huntsville (Home to NASA), Montgomery and Mobile and beyond. Facility: OB/Gyn practice has been committed to providing quality medical care for 50 years. Very congenial group, family oriented, and committed to state-of-the-art technology. Main office is located in a 300+ bed hospital with three suburban clinics. Opportunity: Ability to have work life balance in an up and coming Hospital-employed Laborist group with huge growth potential. Opening is for experienced (at least 3 years), board certified OBGYNs who are team players. Need physicians who work well with private practice physicians in a private practice driven program. Schedule is On/Off, working 12-15,12-hour shifts per month. There is NO call, outstanding sub-specialty support, a Level III NICU, MFM on-site and 24-hour anesthesia support. Part time can also be considered.Compensation: Competitive base salary with ancillary revenue during second and third years. 3 year employment agreement and pathway to partnership, 4 weeks of vacation or CME, 401K after one year.
