Join Pediatrix Medical Group in beautiful Las Cruces, NM! The full-time opportunity is covering two NICUs in Las Cruces, with the opportunity to rotate through NICUs in El Paso, TX!

  • Neonatologist covers two NICUs in Las Cruces, NM
  • Average daily census of 2-10 babies
  • Round and go model, remaining on call for the NNPs
  • Option to rotate through Pediatrix level III or IV NICU in El Paso
  • Neonatologists are supported by a strong team of experienced NNPs 24/7
  • This is an opportunity to work at a facility which is located in a Health Professional Shortage Area (HPS), or Medically Underserved Area/Population (MUA/MUP)
  • Very competitive salary with bonus potential
