We are seeking an Anesthesiologist who enjoys working in a collaborative care team environment. The hospital surgical volume averages 6,400 cases per year plus an additional 600 labor and delivery cases. 

• Flexible 1099 position with malpractice and tail coverage paid, plus 13 weeks’ time off,
• $475,000 base compensation, plus a lucrative $75,000 signing bonus,
• Convenient access to the Operating Rooms located on the same floor as hospital,
• Physicians will flow through the daily schedule of Surgical Suites of Coastal Virginia, a separate entity adjoined to the main hospital.
• Flexible schedule on weekdays with early peel out system,
• Night shifts at the hospital will be shared equitably,
• In-House weekend call at the hospital to average six weekends per year. 
• Case mix incudes general surgery, orthopedics, GI, bariatrics, urology, ENT.  
• Physicians will flow through the daily schedule of Surgical Suites of Coastal Virginia, which is adjoined to the main hospital.
