1099 compensation package with a base compensation, quality incentive, pager call, and premium pay – work more, earn more!

• Minimum guaranteed compensation range is $360,000 to $370,00 with opportunity to earn more with extra shifts at premium pay.
• Earn $282,000-$292,000 base depending on experience.
• Plus $18,000 annual quality bonus, $60,000 sign on bonus, and $40,000 retention bonus.
• Earn additional pay via back up pager call from home at $300/night for carrying beeper. 1:10 call rotation.
• Flexible schedule with 8 weeks’ time off.
