Nurse Practitioner Master Injector for Aesthetics Williamsburg, VA

COMPENSATION: $52.00 an hour or $110k a year plus Commission making top $$

Role:

• Compensation: 2 options
• Straight commission Commission paid biweekly

  20% of the gross billings for services performed by. Paid biweekly

• Hourly Rate: $52hr. plus commission Commission paid monthly

  Monthly Commission Structure:

  No commission will be paid on the first $50,000 of gross billings for services performed.

  10% of the gross billings between $50,000-$75,000 for services performed.

  15% of the gross billings between $75,000-$100,000 for services performed.

  20% of the gross billings over $100,000 for services performed by.

  Commissions paid monthly

• Deliver high end cosmetic injectable treatments following the guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director
• Office: Williamsburg, VA
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• 5 plastic surgeons, no ORs in Williamsburg (2 ORs in Newport News). Hampton roads is more for minor procedures, post operative follow up, consults and Med-Spa services
• Onsite social media content creator to help build up their practice + a marketing dept. to advertise before the injector starts to have clients booked on their schedule when they begin
• Training: Through the vendors and other staff at the Newport News office
• Some travel between the Williamsburg and Newport News office

Requirements:

• Up-to-date Virginia NP, or PA license
• Have experience Injecting Dermal Filler & Neurotoxin (1+ year minimum)
• Skilled in injecting neurotoxins (Botox & Dysport) and dermal fillers (Restylane, Radiesse, Juvederm, etc.).
• Experience with lasers, PDO Threads, Kybella, and Sculptra is also a plus.
