Responsibilities/Job Description:

Fairview is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinics Oakdale. Come join our well established clinic where you can build the career you want and you and your family can be part of a thriving community!

Practice Details:

• 12 provider primary care practice which includes 9 Family Medicine Physicians and 2 Nurse Practitioners.
• Patient encounters average 15-18 patients per day.
• Opening: 1.0 - .80 FTE - flexible schedule.
• Call Frequency: 5 weeks per year.
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency training program.
• Board certified / board eligible with the ABMS or AOA.
• Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
• Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges if applicable.

Qualifications:

$296,881-$329,868 Annual *based on full time (1.0 FTE)
