VHS is searching for qualified Faculty for IM Residency Program for a FT position in Dothan, AL!

PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS

• This program currently consists of a total of 45 residents with a complement increase from 13 residents/yr to 16 residents/yr  
• Faculty physician to resident ratio 1:4
• Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• No weekend, holiday, or call requirements
• Opportunity to participate in Noon Conference Lecture series, GME Program Committees, and Quality Improvement projects for those with an interest in clinical education and scholarly activity

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
Physician must be board-certified in IM
Clinical experience in an outpatient clinic preferred 
Enthusiasm for teaching and leading physicians
Basic outpatient procedural knowledge is requested
