Salary: Up to $400,000 base + incentives + full benefits
Requirements to Apply
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited General Surgery residency program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
- Unrestricted DEA certification
- Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and surgical decision-making skills
- Interest in teaching and mentoring residents
- Prior community-based surgical experience
- Ability to support program growth across multiple care sites

Position Details
- 36 patient contact hours per week
- Blend of clinic, operative care, and hospital-based responsibilities
- Clinic conveniently located adjacent to the hospital
- Equitable call schedule: 5 (24-hour) hospital call shifts per month
- Provide ED coverage, inpatient consults, and surgical admissions
- Work alongside experienced surgeons, subspecialists, and interdisciplinary teams
- Opportunities to teach and mentor residents
- Play an active role in shaping the strategic growth of the general surgery service line
- Serve a diverse and rapidly growing patient population
