 The physician shall provide needed professional services relating to his or her specialty on an outpatient and inpatient basis to the defined patient population and assure continuity of care for those patients.

•    Works with the designated administrator to provide input into the budgets, capital expenditures, strategic planning and marketing.

•    Assists with the selection, supervision and evaluation of the staff, including technical and clerical staff.

•    Assists Mercyhealth in the recruitment of additional physicians to the area.

•    Becomes involved in community activities and community health education and promotion.
