Range $520,000–$680,000

• Full-time anesthesia practice

Mercyhealth Anesthesiology Services

Departmental Scope:

• Comprehensive anesthesia care for surgical, procedural, and pain management services

• Intraoperative monitoring and perioperative consultation

• Collaboration with surgery, ICU, and critical care teams

• Support from CRNAs and anesthesia tech staff

Mercyhealth offers a highly competitive initial salary guarantee, leading to a production-based model after the first year, along with an outstanding benefits package:

• Salary Range: $520,000–$680,000
