Opportunity:
Range $520,000–$680,000
Build your practice as an employed physician with operational support and a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
Full-time anesthesia practice
Operating room coverage, pre-op and post-op anesthesia care
Work in a supportive, team-based environment
EPIC EMR with integrated clinical workflow

Mercyhealth Anesthesiology Services
Departmental Scope:
Comprehensive anesthesia care for surgical, procedural, and pain management services
Intraoperative monitoring and perioperative consultation
Collaboration with surgery, ICU, and critical care teams
Support from CRNAs and anesthesia tech staff

Qualifications:
MD/DO board certified/board eligible in Anesthesiology

Mercyhealth offers a highly competitive initial salary guarantee, leading to a production-based model after the first year, along with an outstanding benefits package:
Salary Range: $520,000–$680,000
