Wapiti Medical Staffing is seeking an ER physician for locum tenens coverage in Waverly, Iowa.
POSITION/FACILITY DETAILS
- Locum tenens ER physician coverage needed beginning in June/July
- Shift options: 12 hour shift max length. Shifts currently range from 7A-7P & 9A-9P but would like to transition to only 9A-9P
- Annual volume: 7000 annual volume (19 patients daily)
- EMR: E Clinical Works
- Trauma level: IV
PHYSICIAN REQUIREMENTS
- Iowa state medical license
- Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine. May consider Internal Medicine
- Residents will be considered
- Life Certifications needed: ATLS, ACLS, MRT, NRP & PALS.
