COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Psychiatry (PSY)
- $250k base + incentive bonuses
- 4 weeks PTO plus 7 paid holidays
- 401k, Safe harbor 3%, plus profit sharing 2% of salary
- 3 Student loan repayment options, including NHSC
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Psychiatry (PSY)
- 100% Outpatient, 80% Adults
- 20% Administrative, 80% Clinical
- 3 Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners
- No weekends, NO CALL
- 4-day work week option
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Psychiatry (PSY)
- Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Psychiatry
- Prefer minimum of 2 years of experience
- Mission-minded interested in rural psychiatry
